Smelly Dump. Poorly Managed - Avoid
AVOID. The place is disgusting. They over charged us/ripped us off.
The area smells of poo (as it’s in a farm). The pool is green/mouldy. The receptionist had the worst most acrid body odour I’ve ever smelt. We were shown a smelly, small dark room (which we declined)
We were going to stay at first having booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. (As confirmed on the booking documentation) when arriving they said it would be another £50 per child and there had been a system mistake… I don’t think so….
As such the receptionist said she would refund us and we left in search of somewhere else to stay. Unfortunately they then decided to still charge us £160 for the room despite not staying. Absolutely terrible experience and I would gladly see them go out of business.

Zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij, top ontbijt met zelfgemaakte en locale producten. mooie locatie. Zeer gezellig Alles heel netjes en proper. Heerlijk geslapen en voorzien v alle luxe. Ook zeer veel informatie te verkrijgen wat er in de buurt allemaal te zien en beleven valt.

In deze B&B voel je je direct thuis. We zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen door Annelore, Martine en Chris. We sliepen in een deluxe kamer met heel groot dakterras op het 1ste verdiep. De kamer was perfect! Het ontbijt is heerlijk en elke dag andere streekproducten en alles heel vers. De tuin is prachtig. Wil je rust dan moet je zeker hierheen komen. Ook de streek is super mooi om te fietsen en veel lekkere bieren te proeven. Een echte aanrader. Wij gaan zeker terug.

Wat een mooie ervaring! Hannelore en haar mama ontvangen je met open armen. Papa wat op de achtergrond, maar niet minder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was top: kraaknet, lekker bed, douche de max. TV 2x blijven dineren: accent op streekproducten of eigen producten. meer dan voldoende, lekker en met liefde bereid. Ontbijt: alles aanwezig, veel eigen werk want papa was vroeger beenhouwer. veel streekproducten. Aankleding/decoratie: mooi, mooi, mooi Hannelore stippelt zelfs fietsroutes op aanvraag uit. Nog nooit zóveel horen zeggen: "alles naar wens? " Een plek om zeker terug te keren.

My wife and I along with our 18 month old daughter had a truly wonderful stay at In 't Groen in late December 2022. Our two bedroom room was perfect for us. We are very glad that we pre-arranged for dinner at the Bed and Breakfast for the night we arrived, which was helpful as not much was open in the area for dinner on a Tuesday evening, but also everything was cooked wonderfully and it was very convenient. The honor bar was a nice touch that allowed us to enjoy the local specialties. They were very accommodating of our child, had a highchair and even a crib available for her. We would love to come back and spend even more time at this lovely escape in the countryside with even more friends. It far exceeded our expectations. Easy drives to St. Bernardus brewery and Westvleteren. Our next trip we may try for the summer so we can enjoy the pool. Thank you to everyone and we look forward to hopefully seeing you again.

Zeer vriendelijke uitbaters! Prachtige plek. Alles zeer proper en modern. Prachtige tuin met zwembad/vijver, beetje groen maar dik oke om te zwemmen. Ontbijt zeer lokaal, hier miste we enkel cornflakes/muesli. Kamers zeer proper, groot en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Enkel geen muggenramen waardoor je moet kiezen tussen hitte of muggen Midden op de "boerebuiten", dichtbij vleteren en sint bernardus voor de kenners. Fietsen gehuurd die prima in orde waren. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wat een aangenaam verblijf! Mooie luxueuze kamers, gezellige tuin, rustige ligging, uitgebreid ontbijt met streekproducten en zelf bereide gerechtjes. Het enthousiasme en de gedrevenheid van de uitbaters was de kers op de taart ! Mooie omgeving om te wandelen en te fietsen om nadien een frisse duik te nemen in de zwemvijver. Wij hebben alleszins genoten.
