"Despite the hotel is out of date, its alright for one night due to its location But what its not aceptable is how they treat customers, one of the ladies at reception was like she was in a funeral, we felt like she was doing a favour to us. Everything we ask to her in a polity way, she alwasy reply with her serious and intimidated face. I can not understand why they have this girl welcoming guests on that position, specially knowing that after our Check In we met lovely people at reception, but damage was done being treated with no reason with a lack of respect and empathy"
