"Big room, less bathroom, careful and friendly staff. Breakfast is well assorted. The air conditioner needs a deflector because the cold air is turning on the bed and after a few minutes you need to turn it off to avoid malaise. A little more attention should be paid to cleaning the floor especially under the bed."

"Excellent location for staying in the centre of Pontedera, or using it as a base for exploring the region. The apartment we had was very comfortable and the separate kitchen/living room allowed us to prepare our own breakfasts. Very friendly staff."

"It has nothing of 4 stars....we had lunch on April 25th, inedible dishes, rooms with carpet not at all clean, window glass broken in several parts and also risky in my opinion and therefore you could not open the window, towels left for 2 people but we were in a triple, toilet paper nowhere to be found, very poor breakfast with poor quality products. Breakfast could be had until 10 but by 9 almost everything was finished. The ladies at the reception were kind but the shortcomings did not depend on them. The room cost 170 euros per night and we stayed 2 nights......plus 4 euros per person for the tourist tax....but the lady realized what a fool she had made and deducted 30 euros from the total. NEVER AGAIN"

"Magnificent setting. The golf experience ends at the driving range… Very pleasant staff. Spacious, air-conditioned room. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open, but we were able to buy charcuterie boards for the evening with a good wine from the estate. A minor mishap: a water leak in the bathroom during the night… It happens! Apart from that, a pleasant stay with an excellent breakfast."

"First of all, Trip.com This address is wrong, and it is not the address of the hotel after a big circle. The hotel is next to the national road gas station. The room was quite satisfactory, the waiters were very warm and the breakfast was simple."
