This is the best hotel in the middle of the most exciting part of downtown Ponta Delgada. Parking could be tricky if you're renting a car but there are options nearby so it would be a short walk. Fantastic restaurants are everywhere and generally you won't need to walk uphill on your way home. I'd say more specifically nice things but this is my favorite hotel and I want to have it available for my next visit. Patricia is caring and wonderful and is ready to help whenever and however you need. 30/10 will be staying here again next time I visit.

Top place to stay in Ponta Delgada
100% recommended. What a great place. We enjoyed our stay so much. Perfect communication with Patricia, the manager/owner. Clean, spacious, comfortable shower, also the bed, kitchen with all the needed amenities. For us it has been a perfect time there. Thank you so much

Very good location but can be noisy on weekend nights and difficult to load/unload from rental car. There is parking a few blocks away and the downtown is walkable.

The apartment itself was excellent and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review across the board is that if you are a light sleeper, and you are there on the weekend, there are a couple after-hours night clubs (from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM) that are very loud when the crowd leaves. We are early risers, so it didn't affect our stay, but if you want to sleep past 5:30 AM, you might have a challenge.
Staff was very good and forewarned us about this issue, and the apartment does provide complimentary ear plugs; it does seem that there is very little that can be done to curb the noise.
