SpringHill Suites Sandpoint

This is a new location with modern and big rooms. Unfortunately, they only had an ADA double queen available when we booked a standard King but it was clean and well furnished nonetheless. We enjoyed the free breakfast but disliked the $10 parking fee when there's nothing in the surrounding area that would call for such a fee.

The Sandpoint Springhill suites has been our favorite home away for the past 5 years. The hotel has a lovely lobby and wine bar but more importantly the staff is attentive and friendly, creating a warm environment.

This hotel is fee happy. A $75 pet cleaning fee plus an extra $20 to have the pet in the room. Very confusing. The hotel is not in a convenient location to town yet the charge yes another fee for parking in a parking lot...another $10. The breakfast Is mediocre. Jeff the manager was rude. Really a shame, it is a nice hotel...Just over priced with poor service

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, will definitely stay again! The rooms were very clean, the lobby was beautiful and the service at the bar was excellent. There’s a nice walk to a local restaurant or two overall everything was very clean, tidy, and the staff were very professional.

Initially, we booked another hotel across the main road to this brand new hotel for the Labor Day weekend. Hotel Ruby. It received top marks, but this hotel was not, in any way, deserving of those accolade’s. We didn’t sleep all night due to constant slamming doors and dogs barking. Once we got out of the reservation, we headed to the brand new SpringHill Suites by Marriott, across the street. What a breath of fresh air! First impressions, this hotel was brand new, with a large, gorgeous, contemporary designed lobby. Next, was Reuben, the first smiling face we encountered at the front desk. I told him our whole story and asked if we could see a king suite room before booking. He jumped up and immediately took me down the hall to look at the room I requested. It was perfect! I told him I was going to book it through ******* right away. He took my name down and phone number and waited for me to complete the transaction. The entire time he was so pleasant he made the last 24 hours at the inferior hotel completely go away! This is the kind of employee you want at a beautiful new hotel like this. Nothing was too difficult for him. I believe he’s going to go a long way in the hospitality industry and hope the GM is reading this. Our King Suite on the 3rd floor was quiet as I requested, spacious and new. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Lighting and interiors in the bathroom, were new, modern and tasteful. As luxury home builders, we pay attention to this. The outside deck off the lobby was an added bonus. Dining tables, tasteful seating and two fire pits. There is a bar in the lobby serving beer and wine only while they get their liquor license. Beautiful bar! We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Relaxing hotel near Schweitzer. Ideal location for an enjoyable experience for a swim, outdoor patio wonderful for watching wildlife early hours and later in evening! Minimal bar but perfect for our needs of a nice wine! Comfortable beds and extra bed. Breakfast was ample. The rustic contemporary decor is amazing in lobby and outdoor patio! Well thought out areas!
