SpringHill Suites Sandpoint

We had a wonderful room and excellent breakfast. Service was amazing. Imagine how we felt when a treasured necklace mistakenly left in the room was returned after we called. This is an awesome hotel and staff with amazing service.

Initially, we booked another hotel across the main road to this brand new hotel for the Labor Day weekend. Hotel Ruby. It received top marks, but this hotel was not, in any way, deserving of those accolade’s. We didn’t sleep all night due to constant slamming doors and dogs barking. Once we got out of the reservation, we headed to the brand new SpringHill Suites by Marriott, across the street. What a breath of fresh air! First impressions, this hotel was brand new, with a large, gorgeous, contemporary designed lobby. Next, was Reuben, the first smiling face we encountered at the front desk. I told him our whole story and asked if we could see a king suite room before booking. He jumped up and immediately took me down the hall to look at the room I requested. It was perfect! I told him I was going to book it through ******* right away. He took my name down and phone number and waited for me to complete the transaction. The entire time he was so pleasant he made the last 24 hours at the inferior hotel completely go away! This is the kind of employee you want at a beautiful new hotel like this. Nothing was too difficult for him. I believe he’s going to go a long way in the hospitality industry and hope the GM is reading this. Our King Suite on the 3rd floor was quiet as I requested, spacious and new. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Lighting and interiors in the bathroom, were new, modern and tasteful. As luxury home builders, we pay attention to this. The outside deck off the lobby was an added bonus. Dining tables, tasteful seating and two fire pits. There is a bar in the lobby serving beer and wine only while they get their liquor license. Beautiful bar! We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Was looking for the nicest hotel available in the area for my VIP clients and thought this looked like a very nice Springhill. I booked through Sales (Ellie), who was responsive and easy to communicate with. This experience was more seamless than some of my 5-star hotels, I would definitely recommend them if you have a group of rooms.

The Springhill Suites in Sandpoint, ID was fantastic. The hotel seemed brand new so I asked and it is a year and a half old. We got a king room and it was spacious with a sitting area, desk area, a bar space and big bathroom. The lobby is huge and has lots of different spaces to sit in. The patio was great. We sat out there and had drinks and they turned the fire on for us at night. The back has a nice view of Mickinnick. We hiked it the next day. Close to town. We walked to restaurants. Ate at the Flavor of Phoenician Lebanese restaurant which was good. Only stayed one night, but it was well worth it. Would definitely come back.

We stayed there for one night and it was lovely. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and both my kids and I slept really well. We loved the complementary breakfast in the morning. They had some very relaxing and pretty outdoor seating as well.

4500 mile trip through the western Rockies! What a welcome surprise to find this new hotel and so clean and with a friendly staff. My go to spot now when I’m in Sandpoint
