I need to start with the staff. If you love great service, from the lobby staff to the people in the restaurant they are some of the nicest and most helpful that we have met anywhere in the world. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The rooms are large, the linens are fresh, and they have all of the amenities that you are used to. Each room has a view of a lush valley and the stunning mountain range. - We have stayed twice, at the beginning and and of our trek through the Annapurna range and will visit again on our next trip!

Very beautiful property.Thank you so much team of Annapurna a 5 star rating hotel.A nice place with beautiful view of Annapurna Himalayan range.Bfeakfast and dinner was awesome.Front office staff are very kind and helpful Electric cart was so good for our kids to ride to ACC.

We were guests of this wonderful place twice in June 2024 and found ourselves completely satisfied. We met very friendly staff who really wanted to help in all our wishes. Special thanks for our request to have breakfast at 4 AM)) Beautiful views and lots of activities in surroundings. Delicious Cousine. Wish a good luck to this lovely place!

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff! The view is spectacular and unique. I can only recommend 🙏 thank you for hospitality. I travelled within a group and as an experienced you served us breakfast at 4:30 am 🙏 because we had to leave earlier, thank you for flexibility

If you’re an American with Hilton-ish tastes, this is the place to stay if you want to stay at the top of the cable car. We walked around and checked out hotels and this is the place most comparable to that type of stay that we found The standout part of this hotel is the staff. We had excellent service, the staff are all kind, pleasant and extraordinarily helpful with making any arrangements for your stay or adventure or sightseeing plans. You can just show up here without plans and they’ll set it all up. Although there is AC, if you are used to US room temp, you may find the common areas like lobby or dining room to be too hot, but outside on the patios the mountain breezes are lovely and cooling.

2ヶ月間雨が降っていないため空気が悪く、山の景色を楽しむことはできませんでしたが、ホテルスタッフの方々がフレンドリーで幸せな時間過ごす方ができました。モモ作り体験が特に楽しかったです。料理も全て美味しくて大満足な滞在でした！ トレッキングツアーガイドのRameshiさんが、とても素晴らしいガイドでした。視界が良い時にまたサランコットを訪れて、ロングトレッキングに参加したいです。

スタッフと紹介いただいたガイドさんのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。 異常気象で2ヶ月間雨が降っておらず、靄で景色が全く見えなかったことが残念でしたが、ホテルスタッフのみなさまやガイドの方が、色々と融通を効かせて楽しませてくれました。オーストラリアンキャンプ→ダンプスのトレッキングでは、ガイドのRameshに道すがら色々と楽しく解説をしていただきました。オーストラリアンキャンプサイトで飲んだチャイが最高でした！ またネパール料理のレッスンでは、モモをオーダーしたところ快く引き受けていただき、ホテルのシェフが丁寧に楽しく作り方を教えてくれました。 10月、11月がベストシーズンとのことでもっと値段がはるかもしれませんが、このクオリティで1人15000円程度で宿泊できるのは破格だと思います。次に訪れるときもぜひこちらのホテル、ガイドさんにお願いしたいと思います。
