I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom room. The room was very big. The bed in the master bedroom was very big, and the other room had two single beds. One bathroom was very big. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was not much to eat near the hotel, so it was good to stay here, suitable for families who want to cook. There was only one supermarket, Big Save, nearby. But I had to ask not to stay on the first floor when I checked in. At first, I was given a first floor. Because the sound insulation in the room was too poor, I could hear the footsteps on the second floor very clearly. I didn't sleep well all night. I moved to the third floor, the highest floor. The swimming pool was not bad, and you can walk directly to the beach from there.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The territory is nice and is well maintained and this is probably the only good thing here. There is no private beach. The pool is large but shallow, which is probably good for kids. There is no restaurant at the property. There is just a bar at the pool, and the variety and quality of food there are mediocre. The rooms are outdated and need complete renovation. The walls were thin, and we could hear people walking above us. When we just came in, there was a black hair on the shower and toilet floor and the toilet seat was not clean from the back, which are totally unacceptable. Cleaning lady appeared at around 8 am on the second day of our stay. We told her that no cleaning was needed that day but would be needed the next day at around 11 am, when we were out. Nobody ever showed up and our room was never cleaned during our stay. There was a stock of bath towels which we could use. Kitchen is more or less equipped, but everything is old there, indulging a frying pan with scratched black coating. There were a washer and dryer and a dishwasher which still worked. In general, I expected much more from this hotel for those money spent and would with not recommend it to anyone.

I’ve stayed here two times (2022 and 2025) in 3 different rooms. Anyone looking at these reviews, I need you to understand this place is SO SO LOUD. If you do not stay on a very top floor room, you’ll be able to hear every noise from above. I’m not exaggerating, I was in the bathroom and could hear the person peeing above me. Every footstep from above is like thunder. The rooms are pretty much gross and outdated. I would never use any of the kitchen stuff in them. Outside property is nice. It’s in a good location on the island. I only stayed here twice because my family has a timeshare and I only had to pay the resort fee. Otherwise I would never.

We've been visiting this resort for about a quarter of a century. As the years go by, the building ages, and problems inevitably arise. Still, it was a home·coming·home. We were reasonably satisfied. Unfortunately, things have only gotten worse since the Hilton took over. It used to be advertised as a quiet, high-quality resort with an adult pool, but now it's full of families and has become a playground for children at night. We can only hope that no accidents occur. In the room we were given this time, the bathroom amenities container was empty. Despite our requests to the front desk, they never delivered. The batteries in the TV remote were dead, and the DVD player had no power cord、r HDMI cable. To make matters worse, five or six people came during our lunch break and started installing telephones in the bedroom and living room. They actually started by wiring the walls. We put up with it for an hour, and it showed no signs of finishing. We just wanted to relax. We don't need telephones, so there's no need for one. I politely asked them to leave the room. They had a completely unwelcoming attitude towards customers. I hope the manager is replaced soon.

This message is specifically for Hilton Grand Vacations Dept: We stayed here for a week in July, booking thru RCI. We were given a great unit in Bldg 6 which was recently renovated. I decided to add on a few nights using my Hilton Grand Vacation timeshare points. Unfortunately, we were asked to move out of the refurbished unit into another building (3). It was quite a shock to see the difference in the 2 units. I would have thought that an owner would have been assigned into a better unit. I bought into Hilton so I would not have to stay in this kind of room. See attached photos. I did call Hilton customer support upon my return home, they asked me to send them some pictures of our unit, but it's been several weeks and I was never contacted about it again. Not too happy...

Our family has been a member of this specific timeshare unit for nearly 20 years. It has changed management (Diamond..Embassy Suites, and now Hilton). We call this our home away from home, so writing this review pains me. Unfortunately the place has gone downhill quickly. While they are slowly renovating certain buildings, the others are in bad shape. Worn out carpet, chipped tile, old appliances (washer stopped working while we were there - they did replace it after some time), mismatched touch-up paint, air conditioners that struggle to cool the units and leak onto the carpet, and the WORST - a lot of bugs aka cockroaches. I fully expect to see some given the loocation, but this was the most we have seen in the units at any one time and it doesn't appear they have any control on the issue. I truly hope the updates and renovations move quickly, and solve some of the issues, as this place has so much potential (friendly staff, large units, close to the beach, etc). But, given all of the other timeshares in the area (Marriott is literally a block away and the beautiful Hyatt mere steps away) as well as vacation condos, Hilton is going to really need to step-up their game to remain competitive and draw people back here.

We stayed a week here as part of an exchange we did. We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and we were able to check in early. The spacious unit had the washer/dryer in the room and a balcony. The resort has a nice large pool, and fairly large size spa. There was a separate adult only spa in another part of the resort, which was nice. The resort has bbq grills throughout the complex and everything appeared to be well maintained (we saw the grills and pools being cleaned every single day). Parking was always available. There was a resort fee, which was kind of on the higher side, but more or less normal these days. There was pretty much no pressure to attend a "presentation" (concierge, asked, I declined and that was it).
