We stayed a week at Poipu Plantation. The unit was comfortable enough with good AC, a comfortable bed and it was quiet. But, the units need serious renovation. The bathroom, kitchen , doors and windows all need to be renewed. The TV service is a streaming service with limited channels and even more limited bandwidth. Sometimes the channel information never loaded.

Wonderful accommodations and LOCATION. Just minutes to Poipu beach. Counted up to 21 Green Back Turtles at one time resting on beach. We have stayed in condos and B&B sections of The Poipu Plantation and enjoy the authentic Hawaiian decor, clean and super comfy beds and bedding. Constant breeze and unbeatable sunsets are yours to enjoy. We prefer the smaller quiet property over the larger Hotels. We will be back god willing. Enjoyed with much Aloha. Mahalo Pete and staff.

We have stayed at the bed and breakfast several times over the past 10 years and this time we stayed in one of the condo units. It was so comfortable with a beautiful lanai view. It was so peaceful and quiet and safe. The owner and staff were helpful but not intrusive. Very nice bedding and chairs and umbrella available for our use. The grounds are beautiful with the scent of plumeria in the air.

The good: Pete very friendly on phone and emails Minor bad: parking area had a f trash on the ground and a rotunda was unswept The bedroom side tables and bedroom door need paint and knob missing from bathroom cabinet Lots of notes with do and don’t scattered around. Asked to wash dishes at end but no dish pan or dish washer. Also we were to take to parking lot trash cans Two glass table tops not cleaned well on arrival Big bad: At $300/night expect hot water. First and last days missing The bathroom I would guess is unchanged from 30 years ago with toilet not working properly along with a shower head with barely enough flow to shower Fixtures low quality

Great location to Poipu Beach. Be sure to check out the sunset on the wall down and around the road. The big windows and heavenly breeze all day and night was very pleasant. Huge deck with high top tables were fantastic for dining or just enjoying the view of the ocean. Bed was very comfortable, the birds and roosters will help awaken you to enjoy the day. Used the grill under the gazebo. 2 large glass patio tables and very comfortable chairs in gazebo for a dozen people if you want to have a BBQ party. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Beach chairs and an umbrella and beach towels available with the unit. I did a load of laundry. 1.50$ per wash and for a dry. They supply laundry soap free. Parking avail right near your unit. Was a very good experience. Would return

Ein sehr tolles B&B nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Poipu Beach entfernt. Wir waren hier 4 Tage und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Große, schöne Zimmer und Badezimmer. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Jeden Tag gab es ein anderes Frühstück, zusammengestellt aus Früchten und was Lokalem, Herzhaftem. Einzig die Portion hätte etwas größer sein können. Alles, was man für den Strand braucht, kann man sich dort ausleihen, von Sonnenschirm, Beach chair und Schnorchel Equipment.

Die Apartments sind groß und gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Möbel sind etwas altmodisch, aber gestört hat es uns nicht. Sehr ruhige Lage. Für uns ein gute Basis, um die Insel zu erkunden. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Der Preis von 1,50$ für die Nutzung ist fair.
