The newly opened hotel in Cape Noire is said to be owned by the wife of President Sassou. It has become a landmark building. We stayed there for two nights. The room was small but relatively clean.
The breakfast selection was very rich
The price-performance ratio was not too high, but there was no other choice in Cape Noire.

Chambres modernes offrant tout le confort, au calme, à quelques pas du centre de Pointe Noire mais aussi de la mer. Les prestations sont de haut niveau et le personnel très bien formé. Service de blanchisserie, restaurant offrant un petit déjeuner de qualité. Tout est fait pour de beaux séjours.
