It was not what we expected. This was our first time in Pohang, and we WERE extremely excited to stay here. The limited interaction we got with staff was fine. They were friendly (spoke very little English). Beware that this place does not have an elevator. Stairs only! So if you are disabled, have strollers & small children, it may not be convenient. We were not impressed with the price we paid for the quality that we got. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (solid as a rock) and blankets were extremely thin. There was also a couple of huge stains on one of the beds as well. The unit we got was not as clean as noted (family with queen & twin bed with kitchenette), and neither was the pool. I would say the best thing out of this stay was the view we got. The blowdryer was broken, couch/futon was extremely uncomfortable as there was a metal bar that went straight across the back, so we couldn't even sit on the couch to relax. There was also a can of bug spray in the unit for us to use (I guess). We are also the type to not wear shoes indoors, but that was not feasible as my feet got dirty from walking around. It was NOTHING near what we expected, but we stilled hunted the good stuff and had a great time. This review may be a bit harsh since we've never been to Pohang and do not know what it's like out there.
