Very pleasant stay/ nice property/ very friendly staff. Got in touch personally with Pooja Prajaval, who were quite cooperative and very pleasant. One thing I will certainly note is, it is difficult to accept the policy that one cannot have own drinks or food even in their rooms! Everything else was really appreciable.

Great property overall, nicely curated rooms keeping in mind the key essentials to make the stay comfortable. Staff was ever so helping, with a smile on their faces. We are grateful to the Housekeeping team led by Rahul and Arun who kept our room neat & tidy to ensure a good stay. While the front office staff, Samiksha, Palak, Dipika,Tanishk, Ram Bhajan ensured all our requests and requirements were met with ease and without delay right form the time we checked-in till we checked-out, it was the Restaurant Team who took great care of our culinary requirements. The Chef KhetRam Ji was very proactive in curating a spread of our choice. Prajual was always there by our side from the time we entered the restaurant till we left. Satyadev and Pushpa doubled up to ensure our comfort and that every time we needed something, it was serviced upon immediately. A beautiful property with great staff made for an exceptionally enjoyable stay.

Myself Samir Gala /Avani Gala from Instagram A/c : Sail_with_travel_birdies Recently visited : Radisson Resort Hatgad (Saputara) To begin with we got warm welcome after we travel almost 5hrs from Mumbai. If we talk abt Rooms that are spacious,comfy, bright,hot water, scenic views and equipped with all accessories top notch quality.Big balcony.Overall 102 rooms to select huge property it is...and One Presidential suite... These hotel has lot of positive vibes with darshan of Swami Narayan god statue at the entrance well kept. We must say abt food quality is Premium and Pure veg for all . Radisson with Pure veg meals is very rare... We just loved it. Everything is freshly cooked and served. All chefs/staffs/security/Manager very much polite and helpful.Always ready to guide and assist you. (Kimji maharaj/Sanjay/Pintu/Somnath/Pooja/ Satya/Tarun/Mangal/Rahul/Kilmilu and many more). It was superb tasty experience for breakfast/Lunch/dinner we loved it..Our high tea was near amphitheatre was superb. Radisson has big swimming pool/kids play area/banquet hall/games zone / so there is everything for all age group people to spent time well.They have wheel chair assistance also. Overall we made life's best memories.Best for complete family stay.Will come back soon for another holiday.Thanks Radisson for everything. You win our heart.
