"One Belvedere is absolutely beautiful in every way----the location is outstanding-the view gorgeous, the hotel is stunning, the Staff is top notch, so wonderfully polite and perfectly easy to work with. Cleanliness is wonderful. The winery is so great. We were on a wine tour and the gentleman who headed it up was so informative and made our experience so much fun. 5* in every way!! Can't wait to visit there again."

"You save dinner and the place outside. For the rest, the room is very cold and the heating works slowly... when it works, without a darkening system and in the morning there is light early. At least 10/15 minutes pass before the shower gets hot. The climate control didn't work to produce hot air and there wasn't even a remote control. All night we could hear a ticking sound coming from just outside the door, it sounded like a light switch. Poor breakfast, even of poor quality."

"We made mention to the host that the TV had no signal. The air conditioner wasn't working properly and that there were no sheets on the only bed in the room that was comfortable to sleep in. He wanted us to pay €30 more for sheets on the bed. He demanded us to pack out bags and leave because of our complaints. It was a rainy day, but we left and full refund was given. Simone was inappropriately rude and asked my husband, who is 81 years old how old he was..... he also said we were not staying in a five-star hotel and insinuated that we are on a vacation and should not need television We come to Europe every year. And have for the past 20 years. This was the first, thought to be treated so Inappropriately. He then had the audacity to respond to my bookings review that we were just looking for a free ride. We come to Europe for two months to three months every year. We do not need a free ride. He kicked us out and offered a refund we accepted it. The man is deranged. Do Not stay here!!"
