A parte che alla reception non si parla italiano e mi dispiace ,tutto il resto una bella esperienza ,camera buona ,self service ottimo sia colazione che cena ,abbondante e x tutti i gusti,un posto meraviglioso anche con la neve caduta la notte ,complimenti se potessi domani sarei di nuovo all'hotel Breza,complimenti e grazie .

Hotel molto bello, stanze un po piccole ma cmq ben organizzate. Collegato alle piscine con tunnel molto comodo Servizio a buffet nella norma per un paese estero ma personale alquanto scortese Reception da dimenticare, all check in erano presenti due ragazze che ci hanno detto in inglese xhe se non sapevamo l inglese era un problema nostro perché loro l italiano non lo sapevano. Quindi siamo stati liquidati con in mano le chiavi senza saper altro. Nei giorni successivi siamo andati alla reception dell altro albergo dove una ragazza invece molto carina ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni che ci servivano. Pulizia in camera da dimenticare, sotto i letti non hanno mai pulito e già al nostro arrivo era pieno di polvere

Dovevamo soggiornare qui 4 notti ma ce ne siamo andati due giorni prima. Le stanze sono piccole e con una moquette che non sa proprio di pulito, la nostra ,come tante altre affaccia direttamente su un cantiere con due gigantesche gru che possono tranquillamente toccare i balconi con il carico, non vedo proprio la sicurezza. Il ristorante (così come lo chiamano loro) in realtà è una mensa self service dove anche i giovani ospiti possono andare a "paciugare" i dolci e le altre portate. Non si può classificare un hotel a 4 stelle!! Il giorno che abbiamo deciso di partire prima del previsto ho voluto parlare con la manager mostrandole anche i video della mia camera con i lavori in corso, lei ci ha precisato che sul sito era scritto che stavano eseguendo lavori adiacenti al parcheggio, e che ci sarebbero stati rumori occasionali. In realtà i lavori erano sotto le camere e gli operai erano presenti in cantiere già dalle otto di mattina per eseguire opere non di piccole entità. Ci è stato proposto un cambio stanze ma ormai la nostra pazienza era finita.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con amici. Non è un 4 stelle come invece classificato. Le stanze sono molto piccole con una moquette che risulta poco pulita. Ristorante con buffet self service ovvero una tipica mensa molto poco organizzata. La nostra stanza come altre era affacciata su un cantiere dove gli operai già lavoravano alle 8 del mattino ed essendo in vacanza non sono stati ben graditi. Inoltre una dipendente per fare le pulizie ci è entrata in camera pur vedendo che eravamo all’interno, voleva andare nel bagno dove c’era mio marito. L’ho fermata in tempo prima che aprisse la porta. Questo è irrispettoso e assolutamente non consono ad un servizio alberghiero. Siamo partiti due giorni prima proprio perché scontenti. Nel momento del check out volevano proporci una stanza nell’altro loro hotel di livello superiore ma abbiamo rifiutato. Pessima esperienza

The staff is very kind and helpful, always smiling. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed even thogh no need for that. You can lie beside the pool all day or take a hike on the hills near by. The food at the restaurant is delicious, buffet dinner, eat as much as you can 😄

Overall a plesent stay. The food was average; the breakfast buffet only offered one type of cheese, but there was plenty of everything else. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay, but drinks at the self-service dinner were charged separately. I had to argue with the waiter because I wanted a glass of water with my wine. They wanted to charge me €2.80 for a glass of tap water. It's not like we didn't order anything and just wanted water.

The place is really not nice. Showers smell like a toilet and toilet floor is covered in yellow water. Babies in the main pool with nappies and family pool is like a gypsy camp. Food everywhere on lounges, pool of mucky water on the floor, place feels really unhygienic. Outside pool is extremely boring, with no massage bubbles. Avoid, this is the first spa that we are so disappointed after the visit
