Super 8 by Wyndham Pocatello

The room was not clean, floorings and bedding. AC unit was very loud, we couldn’t sleep.

I love this hotel front desk was funny and on point fresh cookies every evening at six had a big group in house of soccer players didn’t even know they were in the house. Everything was great. I love the location the town quaint little town maintenance housekeeping front desk was all perfect. I would stay here again because the Town location in Hotel.

Outdated and not too clean

It’s right off the freeway. Easy access and convenient parking. The room was clean and serviced daily. Mathew K., the manager, was amazing. The waffles are exquisite. The breakfast area was always full and clean. The price was right, as well. You can’t go wrong staying here. Happy Travels!

Room was clean staff was friendly, Cooper was great at the front desk but at 9:00 am a guy started shampooing the hall carpet right outside my door. It was very noisy and annoying. But all in all would stay here again and will recommend to coworkers and friends

Thomas went out of his way to accommodate us. He made sure the housekeepers took good care of us and breakfast was hot and plentiful. Coffee was always fresh. Everyone made us a comfortable stay. We were here over a week. We were treated like family. Rooms were comfortable and we were able to control the temperature well. We were greeted warmly in our comings and goings.

Hotel is awesome but staff makes it better. From the GM down you can tell the staff is not only happy to be there but care about their property and their jobs. It’s nice to see in todays day and age.

The building is old and well worn. Some of the facade at the ground level facing the parking lot was missing. First impression was I have reserved a dump. The parking lot however was very good and seemed secure. Internally, the check in lobby was clean and modern. There is an elevator to the upper floors, but it is accessed though the an extremely small room which only hold one person and the baggage cart at the same time, so two people and a cart have two do some complex maneuvering to drag (literally) the cart into the elevator. The hallway carpet is a combination of well worn and dirty. Since everything else is clean, maybe it is just well worn. The room with a king bed is clean. The sink table is about the same size as in a travel trailer. Almost no room for incidentals. The carpet appears to be very clean. The computer desk is modern with chipped edges. The desk chair is on wheels and comfortable, but the upholstery is cracked enough that Goodwill wouldn’t take it. The toilet seat is chipped. The refrigerator keeps thing slightly cool, but not cold. The shower water pressure is good. Electrical outlets were inadequate. The microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot shared a double outlet, so I had to unplug the microwave to be able to use the coffee pot. Complimentary breakfast is from 5 to 9, but limited to waffles, toast, cold cereal, juice, coffee and apples. So, the final review is this place is dated, but it is clean. I have been in nicer places that were dirtier. Believe me that a clean room is becoming harder to find.
