My friends and I had an amazing stay at this truly unique hotel. Every aspect of the experience was exceptional — from the beautifully designed rooms with excellent amenities to the delicious breakfast and the unbeatable location right in the heart of the city. What really sets this place apart, though, is its fascinating connection to history. The basement reveals layers of the past going back thousands of years, beautifully preserved and displayed — it felt like staying in a living museum. A perfect combination of modern comfort and historical charm. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Flavia, and my only regret is that it was for only one night. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well appointed, featuring a good sized bathroom and high quality bed linen. Besides coffee and tea making facilities, some complimentary drinks were also supplied. The staff were all very welcoming, and took great pride in their establishment. I highly recommend taking the tour of the ancient excavations beneath the hotel - it was professionally presented, and very insightful. Lastly, don’t miss breakfast - a good spread is offered, and everything was tasty. If you are looking for central, well priced accommodation with excellent service in Plovdiv, I highly recommend Villa Flavia.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Flavia - could not recommend this hotel enough. Perfectly located for quick access to Kapana district (trendy restaurants and bars!), old town and ancient ruins. Hotel and room were gorgeous, including a great roof terrace. Breakfast was good with enough variety and service was excellent. The Roman bath ruins below the hotel are impressive, with short tours offered.

A hotel filled with exquisite characteristics and identity, a true definition of quality, personalization and superb hospitality. Great location in the centre of most points of attractions, quality services and amenities - great hospitality from the staffs, very sumptuous breakfast spread, beautiful and clean room with great bed. And most uniquely of all is the presence of the past historical ruins co-existing with the now. Amazing experience.

Super great experience! The hotel can be said to be detail-oriented. The design and hygiene are very good, and the service is perfect! The location is excellent. It is in the ancient city, but cars can reach the hotel entrance. The breakfast is also very good, especially the stir-fried vegetables. There is a beautiful terrace on the fourth floor of the hotel. In the evening, you can take the free beer drinks provided by the minibar to the terrace. Go chat and admire the moon. The first floor below the hotel is an ancient Roman bathhouse from more than 1,800 years ago. It makes people feel as if they have traveled through time and space. It is so magical! My family members are all saying that they must stay a few more days next time they have the chance to come. Sincerely recommend!
