Ocean Watch is in a great location close to the beach and restaurants, the views of the beach are great. The house is decorated very tastefully and it's just like home from home, but by the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Will definitely recommend and return when next in the area.

We really loved our stay at Ocean Watch Guest House. The locaties, the service were more than good. When we visit Plettenberg Bay again we definetely will come back.

Great location 5 minutes walk from Main Street. It`s elevated position gives great views of Plettenberg Bay. We stayed in The Captains Room which was spotless and very roomy. The communal areas are of the same high standard and there is dedicated parking at the front of the property. Breakfast was good with the team looking after us very well. Very pleased we chose here for our stay.

You have a wonderful view over the bay and a great outdoor terrace with a barbecue, fridge and much more. We had what we thought was the most beautiful room: the ‘Shell Room’. We also had a direct view of the bay, but the room with its sliding door is located directly on the terrace, which is also the entrance to the room. The room is a bit small, but we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was good. There is free parking directly in front of the hotel for guests only. It is located on a hill and there is a short walk down to the beach and, more noticeably, back up again. So we drove to The Fat Fish twice in the evening to enjoy some really delicious food. Boulders Beach is also within easy reach by car.

We had an amazing stay at ocean watch. The view from the balcony is sensational. The room was beautiful & so clean. Amazing location. Staff were so friendly & accommodating & to top it off a lovely breakfast each morning. Thank you for the perfect start to our trip!

Fantastic location and very comfortable lodge. Nicely decorated; we really feel like staying in a super welcoming home from home. Vanessa and staff are very sympathetic and efficient. Only (very) little room for improvement is the breakfast. It is good and complete, but, after four days we started feeeling it was a bit repetitive, and some touch of variety would be welcome. In any case, we will come back!
