The unit is well situated. The walkway to the unit is not acceptable and poses a huge safety risk. this is not up to standard at all. one cannot pull a suitcase on wheels and the unit is the furthest away. an alternative entrance MUST be considered please. The unit windows are not able to lock. place needs a good deep clean - the doors are filthy and dust on blinds!! There was also a funny sewerage smell all the time in the unit.

Location fantastic for exploring Plettenberg bay and surrounding areas. Close access to the beach and meters away from whale watching companies. Rooms are average size and bathroom is very spacious. Decor is modern and the room was spotless. Excellent wifi. Tv has the average DSTV channels. Aircon worked perfectly. Daily housekeeping. Coffee machine available at any time. Breakfast was limited but good. Safe parking behind gate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Plett Beachfront Accommodation. The location was perfect, very close to the beach. Our room was comfortable, clean and cosy. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a wonderful getaway.

Don't confuse the rooms in the hotel downstairs with those upstairs! Despite being the same building, they are different places. The hotel itself is downstairs, and although the photos seem a little bigger, the rooms are VERY small. There are no closets, so the little space left can only fit your suitcase. The bed was very good; unfortunately our room (n 7 for 4 people) did not have windows to the outside, just a few small windows at the top that looked out. To a very noisy corridor with washing machines and a kind of stock of them. The breakfast is very tasty and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

We had to cancel our reservation due emergency surgery. We understood that there would be no refund. When we repeatedly requested a paid for invoice and confirmation that there would be no refund, they just referred us to their cancellation policy. We asked again and again stating that we needed this to claim on our insurance but we're ignored completely. This would have cost them nothing. Not only is this extremely bad service, it is rude and inconsiderate. We hope they enjoyed our money.

Un staff super sympa, très propre, bon petit déjeuner. Situé à quelques pas de la plage et du restaurant Fat Fish (excellent). Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous avions une chambre familiale avec un lit double et deux lits superposés.
