There were tiny ants on the bed. The room is very small compared to the image shown on the website. The main door cannot be locked from inside the room.

Enjoying the stay

Place is newly renovated a bit dusty but good enough for me for a good night sleep. Check with the counter guy that the renovation is over... So no more nose this is good location for all the massage & food place will book again. If you are taller then 1.65 m please careful on the stairs up the beam is low other then that not much complaints 👍🏻

Is the hotel is very bad condition. In pictures is very nice But in reality is very bad. The staff is not friendly. After pay online also they asking to pay for tax. Special request also they ignored . Bathroom also not cleaned No hand shower 🤦♂️ Totally is this hotel bad ☹️

Travelled with friends. near food places and massage. Although still renovating, noise was hardly heard, maybe because it’s in the morning when we were out. Has smell of the western food which was below the hotel, not a bad thing but kept me feeling Hungry at night.

really new hotel, so new that its dusty and the reno dust they never clean after reno. on aircon also super dusty till my nose itches, everywhere from toilet to the bed. If it was cleaned I would give a much much higher rating. Will try staying again in the future to see if the conditions improve.

Very hard to find parking but the room is so so ok ~ near midvalley shopping mall

I recently stayed at Ardens Hotel Sentosa and was quite disappointed with the experience. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell, and it was not as clean as expected. To make matters worse, there was no toilet paper provided, which is a basic necessity. Additionally, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. We were disturbed by loud conversations from the neighboring room well into the early hours of the morning, making it difficult for my husband and I to get proper rest. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and comfort, combined with the noise issues, left much to be desired. I hope the management can address these problems to improve the experience for future guests.

Near to Ksl and around the hotel have lots of massage place. Just no lift need to go by stairs.

The location is good. The facilities are good. Nothing bad. There are also restaurants nearby.

The upstairs was being renovated early in the morning, the tissue in the toilet could not be flushed down, and the customer's room number was revealed. Very bad review
