I booked a room block in October as well as booked the ballroom & patio for 2 separate events for my wedding weekend. Tiffany and Jocelyn had spent the whole year planning my henna night and post-wedding brunch with me, and everything was perfect. They also were extremely attentive to my guests who booked the room block. Tiffany remained in perfect communication with me the whole year and made my dreams come true! I couldn’t be more grateful for my event planning experience with them. The whole staff at this Double Tree is professional, caring, and super organized. I would do it again 100 times if I could.

Worst hotel experience ever. Our entire soccer team and tournament showed up and they didn’t have any of the rooms cleaned at checkout time, told us they didn’t know how long it would take, then when we finally got a room none of the keys worked… They really need to get it together. Not to mention the hallway smells like urine.

We had not stayed here for quite some time. Our room was clean and comfortable, but it is becoming a little dated. The hotel was very crowded, but service was still very good. We had breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed very much. The location is great with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby as well as a Costco next door.

My stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Pleasanton was far from the experience I had hoped for. What began as a fun softball tournament getaway with my daughter quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal.
While enjoying the hot tub with friends, I brought my phone and placed it on top of a towel nearby. As I turned to chat with someone, I heard a thud. Turning back, I saw a housekeeper had dropped my towel onto the ground and walked away without a word. I noticed the towel was crumpled and my phone was no longer visible. When I lifted the towel, I found my phone face-down on the concrete—with a large crack in the corner.
I tried to get the employee’s attention, but he didn’t respond. So I went straight to the front desk to report the incident. Unfortunately, I was treated dismissively and told the manager would contact me as soon as he arrived. I never heard back.
The next day, I spoke with the housekeeping manager, who listened but didn’t take any notes or record the issue. Still, nothing was resolved. I followed up again with the front desk, and this time I spoke to the general manager. Once more, I explained the situation in detail. I was assured everything would be taken care of.
I followed up with two phone calls and emails to the manager—but still received no response.
Firepit propane tanks were empty both nights. The hot water in our room was luke warm and the hotel was so noisy at night. The staff never did anything about it.
