Worst hotel experience ever. Our entire soccer team and tournament showed up and they didn’t have any of the rooms cleaned at checkout time, told us they didn’t know how long it would take, then when we finally got a room none of the keys worked… They really need to get it together. Not to mention the hallway smells like urine.

We had not stayed here for quite some time. Our room was clean and comfortable, but it is becoming a little dated. The hotel was very crowded, but service was still very good. We had breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed very much. The location is great with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby as well as a Costco next door.

Our Family loved Ricardo at the restaurant. He was the best waiter I’ve ever had and I’ve gone to some nice places. He told us some good places to go around the tri valley. I will be coming back just to have that experience again. I hope that one soon I can return.

Stayed for one night. Shortly after checking out, I felt discomfort and itching. Bed bug bites below the back of my neck. I contacted the hotel and sent them photos. They said they checked the room and there weren’t bed bugs in the room, that my bites weren’t bed bug bites, that no other guests who stayed in that room complained, and asked why I waited until after checking out to tell them. They took zero responsibility and no compensation for the pain I experienced and the day it took me to wash and disinfectant all of my belongings that I had with me in the hotel room.
