We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently.
Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch.

Lovely rooms with nice extra touches such as molton brown toiletries, filtered water, coffee machine, fluffy towels and robes with slippers. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner in rooftop restaurant is awesome. Heater pools and whirlpools, padded sunbeds, plenty of towels. Also great pool bar with lunchtime food. Rooftop open air bar for pre dinner drinks is the icing on the cake

Nice hotel, great pool, wonderful, nice staff. Close to beaches with nice walking path. Close to shopping areas. View from Atelier bar of island is incredible at night.

This hotel is fantastic highly recommend staying here can't wait to come back. From the staff at reception to the cleaners all friendly and helpful. The pool bar staff and food is amazing as is the roof top bar and restaurant their is nothing I can find to give less than 5 star didn't want to leave.

We had a truly pampered holiday. We had the junior suite: highly recommended. Plenty of room, everything you could possibly need. The entire staff was extremely friendly. Fresh towels, etc., were provided daily. Delicious meals, with plenty of choices, morning, noon, and evening. A wonderful wine selection. The only downside was that someone was smoking wheat in one of the rooms, and you could smell it from miles away...

This is a lovely well designed comfortable hotel. Had a fab few days here and experienced some of the finer things. Located within an easy walk to the beach, an unbelievable view from the 360 restaurant. Some of the best food we have tasted for a while and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and always smiling. Only slight niggle would be the smell of smoke wafting into the restaurant from the bar area, there is a smoking area but wasn't used.

Everything has been outstanding at this property! I travel 20-30x a year. Breakfast is fantastic with amazing ocean views. Dinner is excellent as well as the service. Staff is well trained and try to accommodate your needs. The private spa is a must if you stay here!
