Il resort gode di un verde spettacolare curato nei minimi dettagli , le piscine pure hanno una buona manutenzione , la spiaggia è sempre pulitissima . Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile , le Cucine sembrano abbastanza pulite , su ogni pietanza scrivono la Data , le camere sono mediamente pulite , l animazione quasi inesistente , ma a me non è dispiaciuto assolutamente. La Nota negativa è che , di notte manca l acqua , l ‘ acqua è quasi sempre marrone , a giorni alterni o troppo fredda o estremamente bollente . I drink sono buoni , il cibo è buono ma poco vario . Inoltre se nn si arriva preso che sia pranzo o cena si rischia di non trovare alcune pietanze . La sala per la Cena dove si fa anche la Colazione è priva di aria condizionata , ci sono solo dei ventilatori che si rinfrescano , ma Ci sono state sere che faceva davvero molto caldo . Nel complesso non è male , però il cibo e la nota dolente . Buono ma poco e non vario . Le lenzuola erano consumate , la signora è stata gentilissima nel sostituirmele ma erano comunque consumate , stesa cosa per i cuscini che non mi hanno permesso di dormire come si deve .

Mi esposa y yo pasamos ocho días de ensueño, y recomiendo este resort a todo el mundo. La comida era variada y abundante, de excelente calidad. El alojamiento era estándar y muy cómodo, y las camas eran realmente cómodas. El servicio de limpieza fue impecable, al igual que el del bar. Fue encantador ver a los diversos animales deambulando por el resort, una señal de tranquilidad. Mi única recomendación es que revisen el aire acondicionado de la habitación 2312, ya que no ha funcionado en los últimos cuatro días a pesar del mantenimiento. En resumen, quiero agradecer a todo el personal que hizo que nuestras vacaciones fueran realmente relajantes y agradables, y a Ángel, del equipo de animación, quien fue muy amable en todo momento. Muchas gracias a todos y esperamos verlos pronto.

Pesimo los empleados son empaticos, gorceros y no saben resolver ningun problema, me entregaron una habitación sucia (sabanas sucias cabellos en baño por mencionar algunos insidentes) y literal tardaron una mas de una hora en darme una solución. Al preguntar por la situación del sargazo me comentaron si hay pero todas la mañanas lo limpian una gran mentira la playa tenia sargazo por MONTAÑAS y aunque si habia trabajadores no lograbandn removerlo y no podias entrar ya que el olor y la cantidad de alga era abrumador. Los alimentos carrecen de peculiaridad.

En general el hotel se encuentra en muy buena ubicación, la playa esta muy tranquila para los niños. Falta dar mtto a algunas áreas ej. donde se encuentran futbolitos. La comida y atención de personal, es muy buena.

I would like to say a massive thank you to all staff at Allegro Playacar. In particular the following staff: Abel Contreras for making lovely cocktails and introducing me to Mango tango cocktails😋 Elvira Lopez always providing drinks to me rather than me going to the bar. Moises Chimal, Gerson Arcos, and Gerardo Ballesteros for their cheerful services. Rene Ballesteros comes over to greet me and checks how l am🥰 Itzel Ramon and Jania Lopez always arrange a table for me to sit that is easily accessible to meals.
