Always a great stay Paradisus La Perla! LOVE the atmosphere here. The service, food, and ambiance is exactly why we come and keep on coming. We have just got home from 2 weeks at this wonderful resort. The staff are really nice special shout out to Ismael who went above & beyond along with his co-workers breakfast every day was a fabulous start. Eddy at the pool bar was also a great guy. The entertainment team especially Tony got us involved in all types of activities (don’t be lazy be crazy) Lemon Fish was our favourite restaurant the Traditional Mexican probably the worst. The rooms were a really good size and cleaned daily again the cleaners were lovely and apart from the mini bar not topped up on 2 occasions, a note left with what we would like was rectified the following day. Seeing the wildlife wondering about is cute! Mozzies however not so much!!

Our group of five friends celebrated two birthdays at the La Perla and stayed on the adults side of resort in the Reserve section. We have visited many AL and The Reserve exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, service was attentive and food was excellent. There are a lot of restaurants and bar options and plenty of seating around the adult and reserve pools and on the beach. The only thing I would recommend is more entertainment in the evening. There was no shows or live music to enjoy pre or post dinner. There were some magicians in the family section but definitely geared towards young children. Every staff member that we interacted with was friendly and helpful but a few were exemplary. Edwardo, our dedicated concierge was great in getting us reservations, info on activities and following up on specific requests. Yusmera our pool attendant and the gentleman in the towel hut made our pool time extra special. At Sal steakhouse, Humberto C and Jacil took great care in the food presentation and in celebrating one of our birthdays. We visited Hadar buffet for breakfast and Netupa and Alex knew us by name after the first day, and they remembered how we each took our coffee. That’s impressive! Also the lifeguards who are also EMTs took excellent care of my husband after he fell and cut his arm. Not the fault of the resort, just distracted walking on wet floors. He refused togo to an outside clinic so they cleaned it up and followed up in the evening and again the next morning to change the bandage. Very knowledgeable and professional. Overall we will definitely return to this resort.

The resort and people were amazing. Reyna, at the Fahrenheit pool, was so attentive and friendly. Cynthia and Eduardo were absolutely wonderful and helped us plan our daily activities, made all our reservations, checked in on us frequently and sent us reminder text so we would not miss out on anything. They really made the vacation stress free and relaxing. We will be asking for them again when we return.

The hotel is always clean and everything in order, I highly recommend the restaurant Salt in the adults area, we enjoyed an awesome picaña, the reserve pool has an amazing bar tender, Miriam always smiling and the drinks were amazing, good selection of bottles, Teresita the pool concierge super attentive and helpful, and of course our waiter Edgar, all day providing an amazing job with a good spirit. This is not our first visit and we plan to keep coming back to Paradisus.

We booked and planned our wedding at the Kanna Club sight unseen and it was better than we could have imagined. I cannot begin to describe how incredibly helpful, professional, and organized our wedding planner (Mara) was and how easy she made the planning process. The wedding itself was beautiful, perfect, and everyone was able to relax and simply enjoy the day because of Mara's hard work. The hotel itself was absolutely ideal for our family and friends. The adult side was great for guests without kids to relax and enjoy their vacation and the family side was fun and exciting for our guests with kiddos. My niece LOVED the pirate ship pool and our adult friends LOVED the beach and the swim up bars. The quiet areas were also popular with the adults when they needed some recovery time after the wedding. The sentiment from all of our guests was that the food was great, the rooms were very nice, and everything was easy. It really was the perfect place for a destination wedding.

Paradisus La Perla - Adults Only. It's a fantastic, all-inclusive vacation spot, adults only. All the restaurants are excellent, especially Hadar, the buffet restaurant. Ernesto, Carlos, and Rolando provided truly royal service; they went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. These three deserve bonuses and raises—they genuinely go the extra mile for guests. Seek them out daily during your stay!
