Excellent services, restaurants are amazing..really like the atmosphere in Piaf and Cocina De Autor with live music performance. Spa is an eye-opening with water treatment.

: The recent stay at the all inclusive Grand Velas in Riviera Maya was fantastic! A significant part of the experience was due to the exceptional service from the moment of arrival until departure. Concierge Excellence: The concierge, Braulio, was outstanding. He loves his job and it really shines thru in his genuine warmth, attention to so many details, and ability to make even our craziest requests happen. He took time to get to know our family and made suggestions that were right on mark. He made reservations, and changed them at our request. All staff went above and beyond to make the vacation stress-free, fun, and memorable. The Kids Club and Teen Club staff were so patient, kind, and truly cared for the children and with smiles on their faces. They talked with the kids and drew out the shy ones so everyone felt appreciated and valued. The kids asked to go to the Teen Club and Kids Club every morning.. they always had fun activities from art projects to sports. The pool attendants were very proactive and noticing what u may want or need. The restaurant staff was attentive and helpful giving out requested advice as needed. We cannot wait to go back, our whole family agrees this is our new favorite destination. Dedicated and Welcoming Staff: Beyond the concierge service, the entire resort staff deserves commendation. Every person encountered, from check-in to the last day, was incredibly helpful, polite, friendly, and efficient. The level of service was exceptional, with everyone showing a genuine willingness to help and going the extra mile to ensure comfort and satisfaction. All staff greeted guests with a smile and an "hola" or something similar. The kids even liked practicing some beginner Spanish with the staff on site. Impeccable Resort & Relaxing Atmosphere: The resort itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The dedication to cleanliness consistently impressed guests, contributing to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The atmosphere throughout the resort was welcoming and relaxing. The exceptional service, combined with the beautiful and clean surroundings, made for an unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Velas Riviera Maya with our two young kids (4.5 years and 4 months). The staff made everything feel effortless, especially our concierge Sofia and pool concierge Michael. We used baby gear (the swing/bouncer was a lifesaver), the kids club, babysitting for a date night at Cocina de Autor, and had breast milk picked up and stored in a freezer — all handled seamlessly. The resort helped us celebrate our 7th anniversary with champagne, strawberries, rose petal baths, balloons, and even sparklers at dinner. Sofia also arranged a mermaid-themed bubble bath for our daughter with her own robe and slippers, which made her feel so special. On our last day, Michael even had someone climb a tree to cut down a fresh coconut for us when they weren’t offering them. Spicy margaritas and chilaquiles were amazing, Sen Lin is still our favorite restaurant, and although the spa was closed, the discounted massage I had was one of the best I’ve ever received. Traveling with kids isn’t easy, but Grand Velas made it feel like a true vacation. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful and luxurious, our stay was truly amazing. The staff were attentive and, as is so often the case in Mexico, everyone was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. The food was excellent — buffets could feel a little repetitive, but the quality was consistently high, so it never felt like a chore. The à la carte restaurants were outstanding; the Italian and especially the French left us amazed by the quality and presentation. The hotel offers a variety of activities — we tried painting and honey tasting, both of which were unique and fun. In terms of age groups, we felt the resort is best suited for adults and younger kids. Our children (9–11) were in that in-between stage — not quite teens, not little ones — so while they enjoyed themselves and made friends, the activities available for their age group were more limited. Practical tip: bring floating toys if you’re traveling with kids, but otherwise the resort provides plenty — from volleyball and soccer to beach sand toys. - we stayed at the main hotel, rooms were large and clean - reach out to the concierge and book restaurants ahead of time, ask for schedules, at least two weeks in advance We left with wonderful memories and will definitely choose another Grand Velas in the future.

Had a great time at grand Velas and been coming back for years, top-notch service, and super quality person Julio, the bartender in the karaoke bar was amazing and had a great Mixology event. We had a great time there. . The restaurants and the food, top notch, highly recommended for families and couples as well since the resort have two different sections for both adults and families
