Lovely new/clean hotel. Beds really comfortable, food good, location is perfect. Stayed at royal level and restaurant and pool nice and quiet 👍🏻 Staff very much learning on the job but all really try to be helpful

None of the YouTube’s or reviews do this place justice. A perfect holiday except for the Mexican restaurant. It was so cold, we had to put jumpers on to get through it.

Hotel espectacular, calidad del descanso inmejorable, calidad de la comida muy buena, buffet y a la carta y magnífica ubicación. Recomiendo royal level y el todo incluido, es fantástico aunque la zona familiar es muy buena también , para nosotros será hotel de referencia en la isla

A great looking new hotel that looks fantastic and has all the potential to be very good, but at the moment is still finding its feet. We stayed in the Royal Level and agree with all other reviews about this area, it is currently understaffed and experiencing teething problems, although some reviews are quite old so I expected some of the reported issues to be dealt with. The staff are hard working, attentive and friendly but there should be more of them. The swim up pool doesn't get sun all day so is a bit cooler but isn't as bad as some of the reviews suggest and is quite refreshing and fine once you get in. The hotel is in a great location and built to a very high standard. It is massive and can take a while to get from one end to another. We paid for All Inclusive but didn't get full value from this as we like to go out and there were better food, drinks and entertainment options in the Marina or up towards Playa Dorada, all just a very short walk away. Unless you like to sit at the bar all day, and listen to the same music and eat the same food every day, I'd say this hotel would be better used as a base to explore the surrounding area and avoid paying for all inclusive. The champs bar does serve draft guiness and this and all other premium drinks are included in the all inclusive so it depends what your priorities are!

Lovely new huge hotel in a great location next to the marina and apx a mile to Playa Blanca along the coastal promenade. RL swim up room was beautiful and pretty spacious. Small patio area and sun beds are curved and in the water which was pretty cold. Food was overall quite nice, but waiting times were quite slow. More staff are needed. Beautiful RL infinity heated pool and lovely areas to sun bathe. Plenty of sun beds. RL pool bar also needed more staff and we felt should be open longer than 7pm so drinks can be enjoyed in the garden before an evening meal. We also thought that with All Inclusive you should be able to book 1 evening meal (free) each during your stay in the Koi and Mexican restaurant like in many other AI resorts. All in all a pleasant stay, and would recommend.

Having a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything is perfect and the staff are so helpful, polite and friendly - especially Salama who works in the restaurant. He could not do enough for us. Grasias Salama. This hotel is amazing and whilst it does have a few minor snags - everything is near perfect .
