Very nice property. Great room...Very clean. Ample parking. Lots to look at in the area. Had to type more...was at 89 words and they wanted 100.

This hotel does not follow the ADA. We reserved a "Mobility Accessible Roll In Shower" room and when we arrived that evening we were told it was given to someone else. By not telling us until we arrived they left us with no time to find alternative lodgings. The hotel manager never contacted us to explain why this had happened nor to "make it right." We've had a similar experience at a Staybridge Suites, also an IHG brand, and are starting to think that IHG hotels do not respect the needs and rights of the disabled.

Clean room, friendly staff. Pool was clean. Easy in and easy out. No homeless people around.... Near restaurants and dining. Right off off the highway.

Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was adequate. We stayed here four nights. Unfortunately the housekeeping staff had to be notified for the three nights we were there to get our room cleaned, beds made ,and towels replaced. Priority should be given to customers who are here for longer stays. We returned to our room late in the afternoon on all days and were disappointed to see that our room had not been attended to.
