Bad reception I don’t like it so rude and receptionist don’t know many languages we don’t like it

One of our 2 rooms smelled horribly. The breakfast was dry cereal (no milk) and coffee. Nothing else. Shouldn't even advertise breakfast. We learned from the dollar general in the front of it that it is the Meth hotel and a lot of drug activity happens there. We checked out immediately the next morning (several days early). Still waiting on refund for the days we didn't stay. I have a signed paper from the front desk guy saying a check would be mailed the same day with my check out day and the refund amount for unused days. They supposedly have to mail a check because I paid cash. It's been past the time frame they said and I'm still waiting on my refund.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When we arrived they have you sign something saying you were made aware the pool was closed. I booked it for the pool so the kids had something to do. Front desk said it would be open that day or the next. It never opened nor do I believe it was planned to open. However, once seeing how dirty and in disrepair everything was I doubt I would've let my kids in it. There were some things for breakfast but we didn't eat anything given how unclean everything was. We took some milk and orange juice. My son said the orange juice was sour. The juice machine and water machine didn't work. The vending machine with water didn't work. We went to Stewart's to buy water to brush our teeth with and drink because there was no clean water available. A bug came up out of the sink. The shower water smelled terrible. The wallpaper was coming down like there had been a leak. There was a large bee inside, so unsure where the nest is. Carpet was stained. There were black flakes on the sheets. We honestly debated just leaving and losing money. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here ever. I can't believe ******* even works with them

Room dirty! No housekeeping service! Bad experience!

It was a decent hotel. It was a nice quiet area, the beds were comfortable, the staff was pleasant. Also the prices were very fair also a nice walk to Plattsburgh beach which is not far. The hotel can improve on the quality of the breakfast. There was not a lot of healthy food available such as fruits, and the selection was not a variety. The pool was ice cold there was no heat in the pool. For those who do like to swim I would suggest management to take the time and heat the pool to a decent temperature. I was out for the day and when I arrived back during the evening my room was not clean. If you are looking just for a quiet place just to sleep and if you are not picky about food selection, then I think this place would be good for that type of stay. I feel the hotel would suitable for sure it totally depends on one’s needs at the stay. This place would work for some as well as not for others.

The pool was not heated as stated. The breakfast was very limited. There was no fruit. We could not leave our car parked there for two days while we cycled unless we paid a fee. We even stayed there upon return from our bike trip. (It was cheaper to park at the airport anyway while we biked).
