Best Western Plus Plattsburgh

The hotel has BED BUGS. We saw them and we were beaten during the night. The hotel didn’t take any action after we complained. This place should be avoided at all costs.

This is a nice Best Western very close to the Plattsburgh Airport. Clean, comfy, cozy and warm room. No issues or concerns. The breakfast area was one of the biggest I've seen and the selection was excellent. The breakfast area actually had REAL plates and silverware, not paper and plastic. Fitness center also had a great chest press.

We have stayed at this hotel several times with premium room & 2 hour early check in. Normally not an issue. Although slightly early,staff said room will be ready in 20 minutes so we stayed around lobby. After 20 they told us another half hour, so we waited again. After a half hour, they then told us not before 3 pm which was another 45 minutes later. Instead of telling us initially you can’t check in before 3 we would have made other plans. I went by the room several times and did not see a cleaning lady as it is the same room we stay in each time. We felt that we were being played with as we knew the room was ready. They also knew where we were waiting so at anytime they could have come to see us to say your room is ready now. Our early check in was at 2 pm so they didn’t even respect that and the hotel was not busy. All that to say we were highly disappointed as we were recurring clients. This was unacceptable, and will most likely never return due to the lack of hospitality
