We were in this hotel for 1 night and it was the worst hotel room I ever slept in. Honestly the motel 6 rooms were cleaner. The carpets into the entrance 6 had 2 inch mud, in the middle of the summer with no rain so that was there so some time. But the worst was the bathroom. The shower in the room 250 was BLACK. And when I say black it’s like no one washed it in 3+ months but took showers every day after walking with no shoes. Walls of the shower had black from soap and human dirt mixed together. The toilet bowl had black mold under the rim and poop still at the bottom. The price was 305$ and this was not a 100$ room clean. If they take care this way of the bathroom I scared to think how often they actually wash sheets there.

We spend at least five weekends/year in Plattsburgh hotels. Room and common areas were clean. Pool area was very clean and in good condition. The room's carpet barely passed my "white-sock" test with 7.5/10 but the tile/laminate part was perfect. Breakfast buffet (included) had dry/hot cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage, home-fries toppings like salsa, fruit, shredded cheese and a pancake machine. The attendant worked tirelessly keeping everything clean and well-stocked. The adults and two children (photo of room attached) cost around $180 USD. It's on par for similar Plattsburg hotels at this time of year. *Expect around 25-30% less in fall and spring.

The common areas were well lit, nicely decorated and clean. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good, food fresh, well stocked, room clean. The pool area was very big and a great place for families

I would not stay at this location again. The bathroom had mold in the grout. It is not updated very well. We paid $ 180 for a night and is highly overpriced. Breakfast was standard and coffee was cold. Only thing good was the front office staff were friendly.

Very nice
Very easy to get to off the highway. Close to food, shopping, gas, a bank, etc. There is a restaurant on property as well as free breakfast. There is a indoor pool, mini arcade, and vending machines on the property. The room was spacious and clean. Would stay again!
