We had to get our room changed because the sheets weren’t clean, then in the new room the carpet wasn’t clean

Wait staff were super helpful and polite but rooms were filthy. Beds were full of stains and chairs unsightly. We were moved 4 times before we got a half way decently clean room. Ended up getting fresh sheets from front desk and replacing our own bedding.

We pulled into this place and couldn't believe it. There where beer cans sitting on the railings. Shopping carts in the parking lot. Cigarette butts everywhere. Went to check in got our room could barely open the door it was stuck. Went in side and was very disappointed. NOTHING like the pictures. We got the jetted tub walked in and looked at it there was literally scum all over the bottom. The floor itself was slimy and slippery. The blanket had stains all over it. Thats not a place you feel safe at all. Save your money spend a little money on something thats worth it this place is not. We were there for 5 min Went back to the desk checked out and went somewhere else.

The property appears to beused as a local boarding house maybe. I had a fridge that wasnt very cold, a door that wasnt locking properly and most of all there was a roach walking around on the sofa, where there's one there's many more unseen and upon check out I notified the front desk and he acted like I was lying sorry this placed is poorly maintained and poorly run

The room was not clean , we can see dust and some small spiders, we asked two times for extra towels as they were only 2 and they told us the didn’t had extras … kind of disappointed
