Mykonos Dove Beachfront Hotel

Me and my cousin we spent a wonderful week of holidays at the Dove Mykonos Resort. The airport transfer to the resort was really convenient. The room was cosy, clean and very well located in the upper side of the resort which was very peaceful. We spent every day at the private beach, where the staff are really nice and helpful. There was a DJ playing every day great electronic music which we enjoyed very much. The restaurant is a lovely place with beach view and we had amazing fresh food and great wine too. The staff there is very friendly and always made sure we enjoyed every meal and made this a special experience. We will definitely come back next summer and are really looking forward to it !

We stayed at the Dove beginning of September 2025, we were in the rooms behind main building, the rooms we tired and dated, they really could do with a refurb, not enough wardrobe space for 2 people, the pool was small deep with cold water and overlooking the car park which got busy throughout the day, the rooms were fairly comfy and had easy access to the main building and the beach. breakfast was mainly continental with little choices but enough to feed you. the bar area was nice and you could buy food at any time through the day, you were well looked after by staff. All the staff there were nice and helpful. next to the pool was a bar blasting loud dance music all day, which was a pain, its the reason it was empty all day and night, but the music played on. The beach area was nice, plenty of sun beds, get there quick to get sun beds away from the pool bar for a quieter relax. My main gripe was the army of lucky lucky men that constantly patrolled one after another and bothering you to buy something every time they passed, (which was approx every 40 seconds) it was non stop... and thats no exaggeration ! I am not a complainer and the hotel overall was ok, it is never a 4 or 5 star rating , but i did enjoy my stay, its a shame a few things let it down. If your looking for relaxation or a good 4 or 5 star experience, this is not the hotel or area to choose. i Hope this helps and i tried to be fair, its a lot of money for what you would expect to get

I’m so so so angry! This hotel is ran so poorly. So much money has been put into this stay by me and my friend. We are getting picked up by our transfer at 19.15 to go to the airport therefore we have spent the day outside the beach. I asked this morning at reception regarding showers before I go to the airport and was told they will take me to the shower in the evening. So once I wanted to get ready the woman at reception took me to the shower on the same level as the front desk. When I was in the shower I had the woman and a male bang on the door twice to get into the shower I was in. They were not happy that the water was leaking out of the room. The shower was on for around 2 minutes in which the water ran under the door outside the shower room. Im absolutely angry that whilst being naked I had two employee banging on the room that they put me in. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! The apology I got was not beyond a joke, they didn’t care what so ever of my embarrassment that I was stood in a shower room with a towel trying to cover my body due to them aggressively banging on the door. DO NOT PUT YOUR GUESTS IN A SHOWER ROOM THAT DOESN’T DRAIN!!!

great location we stayed in a sea view with private pool. the lay out of the room was good, as was the view. But the condition of the room was not up to the standard of a high price hotel. needed a lot of maintenance
