Great location! Great facilities! Great service

Walked into my first nights stay: feeling sick from the humidity and Mold in the lobby, coupled with dirty floors and a public empty fridge with no food to purchase; went to the first room-musty, and unclean with dog crap and half eaten chicken bones on stairs, leading to the floor; water damage on ceiling and a musty, garbage odor on the floor; went to another floor and humid with another unclean room(smelled like smoke) non smoking facility? I think not. I was told that the cleaning crew went home and they’re short staffed; was told humidity in all floors was due to customer complaints? I call bs. Dirty laundry and peoples days old garbage left to ensure customers smelled it, I guess. Management and asst management showed complete negligence even after I complained.

Had to cancel at the last minute due to emergency hospitalization of wife, and they refused to refund my payment

First, they gave me the wrong room for what i booked (they corrected). Second, my room had very little toilet paper (i had to ask for after 1 person usage).

Just arrived only to be told the type of suite we were renting doesn’t exist. Unfortunately, the not so friendly lady at the desk had already run my debit card before telling me the room doesn’t exist. Then tells me she has told management there is a problem with folks who are expecting to find the correct type not finding because it does not exist at this location. Followed by she cannot get the charges back because we used one of the booking companies and since she had already run my card I would have to take it up with whoever that company is. That company is called Hotel Reservations. I would not and will not ever use them again. As far as this location goes since their managers (management) refuses to put their foot down and make sure the problem is fixed I would dare to say we now know there are much better options to stay elsewhere where the customer will know they will be well cared for especially after a 4 1/2 hour drive and not feel the need to write a review such as this one. PS I’m looking out our window straight out to flat roof of another building. 1st photo the view. 2nd and 3rd photos the suite we rented but there are none like it here.

Didn’t Get the Room I Paid For I booked a double queen room through *******, but when I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a room with one queen bed and a sofa bed instead. When I asked about it, the front desk told me that because I booked through a third-party site, they could give me whatever room they had available. This is unacceptable. I paid for a specific room type and expected to receive what I reserved. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and it made our stay much less pleasant than it should have been. I’m disappointed both in the hotel’s attitude and in the lack of consistency between what is advertised and what is delivered. If third-party bookings aren't honored properly, that should be clearly communicated in advance. I hope ******* reviews this issue and works with the hotel to prevent this from happening to other travelers..
