The front desk guy/manager Randy Richie is a violent sexual predator, search him up in hendricks county on familywatchdog.org Also, the owner hires illegals, because he pays them cash under table to avoid tax laws, so you get what you hire, and would anyone trust what the fu is going on at this hotel? Venketa Nattam owns multiple hotels on this *****, illegals at all, the ones that clean your room and stuff comes up missing...avoid this disaster like its a covid trap.

Hotel not taken care of. One of the rooms the family was in the air conditioner was leaking on the carpet & was soaked. They fixed it by putting a towel on the floor. The ceiling above had a water stain so probably leaking also. No management was contacted when the issue was brought to their attention. Stains on the furniture & carpeting. Things broken & hanging on.

Starting off, the price was great and really hard to find nowadays! The man at the check in was polite and nice and the process was really quick and easy. Our room was a lot bigger than expected for the price which is even better, and had a decent size mini fridge and microwave and pull out couch. The room was clean, couch very slightly worn out, but I wasn’t bothered by it. Hot water is great, I mean it was never ending and got hot really fast. Shower water pressure was great. A/C worked nicely and room was not too cold but not too hot. Bed was comfortable. Overall it was good stay for one night while we pass through.

Very nice hotel for the price you pay. Staff was friendly, our room was cleaned well, could use some updating but well maintained and most of the lobby and such seems updated. The pool was nice although a little cold. It’s definitely worth the price you pay which for us was great for a one night family stay. The breakfast was GREAT! Definitely would stay here again.

The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. The WiFi connectivity is poor. Every day, sometimes more than once, you have to reconnect and it’s not immediate. Housekeeping only left new towels in the bathroom, only emptied the trash once the whole 6 day stay, didn’t even make the beds. Discovered a dirty area on the bathroom door on our last day. Gross.

The staff were helpful and friendly was the only decent thing about my stay. My room smelled awful. The rug was stained and had not been vacuumed. The shower had leftover body wash on the wall. There was tape residue on the dresser and hair was stuck to it. There was hair stuck to the bottom of the outside of the bathtub and a random noise would come and go. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was not a good experience at this hotel. I am not sure how they rate 8/10.

We felt safe while we was there and we slept like a baby. The only problem was it was a smell coming from the carpet. But other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

Wonder hotel with excellent staff
From the moment you walk in, you can tell this hotel is care for. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The pool was open and useable (we have several places we've stay have pool down for various reasons), breakfast was great and we love that the hotel is located away from the main hubbub. We plan to stay here often as we can.
