My room was on the ground floor. The room above my room had inhabitants that were pounding on their floor(my ceiling), for hours from about 10pm through 2am. I called the front desk several times to no avail. In the morning there was no hot water for my shower. Breakfast was a joke!

Worst experience we have had in a long time - rooms reeked of smoke - hallway reeked of curry - staff was uncaring and not helpful at all - the AC leaked and barely functioned - do not stay here

I would give this hotel a -100 if I could. Nothing like the pictures on website or nothing like pictures on choice hotels. No pool .. stated it was under construction.. lie.. no work was being done .. it was not even a clean area around the pool, cluttered with all sorts of stuff... Our room was on the first floor... Opened the room curtain for some light and their was their garden with a looking fence that was keeping the view of their garden from the passing by traffic...not even a neat pleasant garden... Green moss all over the buildings exterior which was even on the outside trash cans.. the breakfast is nothing like they said that they have.. dirty carpet, nasty smelling, and the air conditioner did not work properly... Beds uncomfortable with two very thin pillows... Terrible experience... I think most of their reviews are fake by my experience.. July 8, 2025...

Hair Dryer broken, metal hooks on bathrom door broken, bed vey unomforabe. Would not recommend ths propry. Right off the highway but that is the best thing I could say aout the property. Breakfast offered a poor choce of items. better go to a local restraunt for a breakfast. Also $2.50 charge if we made reservations??

Could only take one shower and it wasn’t really a shower, it was more like standing in a deep puddle of my own dirty water. Also, why wasn’t the pool open?!?!? The plant hung around the lobby was impressive 👍

We stayed at the Comfort Inn while traveling for a funeral locally. The hotel, lobby and rooms are fine, they appear to have newer carpeting in the corridors, nice solid doors, easy parking. But our bathroom door was difficult to close, like the hinges were broken. Our in room phone wasn’t working. But worst of all, in the morning we discovered that the shower didn’t work at all. And I mean absolutely no water came out of the faucet, it just twirled around uselessly, clearly stripped. We had to take sponge baths instead. We let them know at the front desk, but we were checking out so it was too late to do anything about it really. I’m not expecting anything glamorous at a hotel of this type, but I do expect for $200/night to be able to take a shower.

NOT A GOOD CHOICE!!
1. The electrical outlets were looked dangerous, cracked with many connections into one port.
2. The bedspread was stained. I took pics and showed it to the main desk clerk, and he said sorry.
3. There was no hot water at night or in the morning. My shower was quick and cold!!!
I complained and there’s clerk said that he couldn’t do anything about it.
4. There were patches in the walls, from repairs that were falling off. There was a spider on the ceiling. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre, with premade breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and some wrapped pastries.
5. I tried to contact the main manager several times, on Sunday, May 4, talked with him once but the connection was terrible. When I tried to talk later, he was unavailable.
