Hotel is quite old, not very flexible with service but hotel staff is helpful who help to arrange fansipan tickets and recommend local food. The room has decent view of mountains but for city view is bad facing the road. Breakfast is ok. Pool is small for the views only

Loved the infinity pool. The room was spacious and had a comfortable stay. They arranged a cake for my birthday on request by my partner.

Exceptional service from the front desk people. The staffs are all so polite and cheerful all throughout. Despite the times when there was a language barrier, one can see that they are trying their best to understand and answer our queries. Thank you for the free room upgrade. It made my hubby’s birthday extra special. The view from the infinity pool overlooking the mountain range is truly spectacular.

Amazing experience here in Pistachio hotel sapa. Staff are so nice and friendly. The foods are delicious. The room is very clean.

The size of room is big. There are 2 swimming pool where 1 is at rooftop (not heated) but nice view and other at level 1 which is heated. There is also small gym. There are no water cooler at sight. The selection of breakfast is good. They gave us surprise for our honeymoon trip as shown. Location is generally near the church.

Excellent stay! Highly reccomend! staff are really nice and accommodating as we had to store our luggage for many hours. rooms are very clean and spacious with many facilities.

Perfect place to stay in Sapa given its accessibility. Staff are hospitable. They also offered me a free upgrade to Canyon-view though I only booked for a mountain-view. Checkout their infinity pool albeit it's small.

the hotel exterior, interior decorations and the way it has been built on the slope/ hill is quite interesting. the staff are very friendly, attentive & meets beyond expectations. breakfast offers quite the range from asian to western. the infinity pool is a bit small but the mountain view is amazing.

View around the hotel was good. My room I booked face mountain. But location a lit out. So if you want to go to sun place got to walk out from hotell level 1 behind the building. About 10min walk. Weather cold when we are there. Breakfast was good. On top the swimming pool can take nice photo.

Friendly reception, strategically located in the middle of Sapa City. Easy to move around by walk.

Overall hotel was wonderful, i arrived at 6:00am in the morning by the way there are no room available at that time Front desk was provided us a shower room and resting area at Front desk with very nice hospitality. At 10:00 am after energy charge we went to Fancipan and came back around 16:00 the was ready when i checked in to the room the view was stunning us(room type: mountain view) overall was perfect. BTW, we don’t want to go out then we choose the hotel restaurant for the our dinner we order food for six people as i know about the service sequences staff repeat our order to make sure that it correct; for sure we listen it carefully due to difficult of inter-language - all the food repeat correctly. Unfortunately, one of our dish was mistake from Carbonara to bolognese sauce which we know all of us don’t pork then we call staff they came with attitude that it’s our mistake but she take it for change. Suddenly i heard the sound of fighting of waiter and kitchen that one of word i heard very clearly is “i already repeat it” fifteen mins later carbonara was served and we got educate by staff that we should informed her What we don’t eat. Poor us? After five mins she came back and say Sorry to us(First of apologies) 🥺 so we would fine if she apologize and do not make that behavior. I understand some if order was mistake you need to talked with chef but for both of service and kitchen was very disappointed for us.

Highly recommended this hotel. All staff are approachable they are always willing to help and thank you for upgrading our room from deluxe to executive room 🫰🏻
