"I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel during five nights. Everything was excellent from start to finish. I arrived at the check-in desk on Aug 26th 2023 at around 11am and my room was ready. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and attentive. I proceeded to my room which was very clean and cozy, it easily accomodates at least two adults and one child. All toiletries included. To my surprise, there is even a small balcony. The main purpose of my stay was to rest and I greatly accomplished this. The rooms are very quiet with regards to outside noise. Noise coming from the hallway was barely felt and it has more to do with how other guests unlock/lock their doors and how hard they close it. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to my next visit."

"The hotel is great and the bed is great! The location is very convenient for all activities but there are few points that all of us have a common views. First the water flow of the shower is bad. The water is running so slow and water is not flowing well and seems like it has been blocked by a device to prevent the usage of water. Secondly, the toiletries provided is empty and there is nothing inside at all but only empty boxes. Thirdly. The televisions is totally not working at all. Maybe it’s just our luck that we were given such a lousy room."

"At this price it’s ok. Near the port. But the rooms are old from the time of Aristotle. There are no sockets to charge the phone. Due to the strike, I could not come on February 28. I asked to change without additional payment to 29. They didn’t change it for me. I had to cancel the reservation and book again on double price. This cannot be done. Due to the fault of Blu Star, a state-owned company, I could not arrive by ferry. In the toilet, the water from the tap flows directly onto the toilet."
