" The good: - The hotel lies in a very good and convenient location, near the subway station and the port. - The room was spacious. - The balcony had some nice view, considering the location. - It was quiet. - The personnel was helpful. Needs improvement: - There was a problem with the bed, that made it uncomfortable: While the mattress was sufficiently supported on one side (using extra wooden beams), it wasn't on the other side and it caused me minor back problems. During the second night, I had to take a shelf out of the closet and use it as extra support under the mattress... - There was also a problem with the shower: The shower phone wasn't properly connected with the spiral, which caused water to flow from two different points, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower. I had to resort to disconnecting the phone altogether and take my shower like when I was a chlid back home: with a hose."
