"Perfect from the moment I arrived till the day I left. Staff were very professional and courteous, the food was a buffet breakfast hot and cold along with the 5 course evening meal waiter service was superb. Spa was excellent as were the treatments, and the hotel also runs a complimentary bus service to and from the lifts which I took in the morning but walked back in the afternoon probably ten minutes tops, ski room had individual lockers with boot warmers installed. Pistes were quiet and one gondola takes you over the valley to Madonna and if you want to stay there for the Apres a €10"

"Hugely overpriced! Did not offer value for money. Did not live up to the details on your web site. Frankly we wanted to leave early but were left in no doubt that our prepaid fee would be forfeit .....this was a very unpleasant feeling! Food was at best 3 out of 10. We had the feeling that they were spending the minimum to extract the maximum profit from us. Breakfast was the bare minmum. No effort at all to offer food that our 7 year old could eat. Mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable Staff were distant and without smiiling! Bar area was very poor. The hotel is actually OUTSIDE Madonna de Campiglio. Frankly we should have been reimbursed for the whole stay!"
