The hotel description mentioned that smoking is prohibited in the hotel. But in the hotel rooms we could obviously smell cigarette smoke.
And a lot of musqito's.

明明訂的高級大床房，結果給安排了個最小的大床房，明明是有差價的，一張床就佔滿整個房間了，沙發都沒有個，跟詳情介紹裏嚴重不符。入住的時候一再問詢是否還有別的空房，前台説就是沒有，等我進了房間，用房間電話問責才告訴我説幫忙找一找，結果説7樓還有一間，前前後後折騰了將近一個小時才搞好住進去，本來就已經很晚了累的很，搞得我一肚子火，就這業務水平、服務，真不知道在搞什麼東西。到了新房間一看，桌上地板上都不擦乾淨，地上都是別人的頭髮，桌上用紙巾一擦，一層黑黑的，做事能不能認真點。到第二天下午明明續住了半天還打前台電話確認好了，還沒到時間就來敲房門催退房，真不知道都是一幫什麼業餘員工，搞的什麼東西。
