交通便利，國道邊上，出發看彩林和天目湖非常方便，特別是國道上看彩林比較堵，早起順道要佔很大優勢。
衞生乾淨，鄉上有這個條件很不錯了。

房東很熱情，房間很乾凈，外面也看得見洗好的晾着的床單那些，比較注意衞生，整體環境也不錯，早上房東煮的米粉也很好吃。推薦入住。
