I think the price is reasonable and the environment is nice. It's next to the road so you may need to look at the navigation in more detail. Parking is very convenient. The hot spring is outdoors but you can decide for yourself if you are worried about being exposed. There are a lot of drinks in the refrigerator which I think is good.
