五一期間，房價親民，比我在廣西住的幾家四五百的酒店都好得多，衞生條件和基礎設施不錯，安靜且方便，推薦！整個五一出行最舒適的酒店，沒有之一。性價比太高了！

位置比較好，就在江邊。房間比較大，房內設施比較新。停車免費，早餐也特別好吃。兩家人一起出遊住了兩個放間，加上孩子7人，也沒有讓我們加早餐錢，整體給好評，就是沒有製冷的空調有點熱，還好可以選擇送風模式，房間空氣還算流通。早餐比較豐富

暴雨冰雹夜，遇見人間四月天——致天眼之行最温暖的邂逅
昨晚臨時決定帶孩子參觀天眼，匆忙中選擇了這家酒店。雖然設施稍顯年代感，但這次入住讓我真切感受到：這是一家——有温度的酒店。
暖心細節一：前台陸小妹的貼心服務
晚上十點抵達時，因房型和空調問題有些小插曲。前台陸小妹不僅高效解決問題，親切的態度更是讓我家孩子連連稱讚"小姐姐人美心善"。
暖心細節二：暴雨夜裡的雪中送炭
安頓後外出用餐時突遇冰雹暴雨，被困在餐廳無法返回。嘗試聯繫酒店後，陸小妹立刻協調司機吳師傅前來救援。特別感動的是：當時路面積水已快淹沒引擎蓋，吳師傅仍冒險駕車將我們安全接回。當我們提出補償時，他一句"不用，我是酒店的員工"讓人瞬間破防。
一個企業的優秀，往往體現在員工自發的服務意識上。能同時擁有陸小妹這樣貼心的前台、吳師傅這樣負責的司機，足以證明酒店管理者獨具慧眼的人才培養理念。這種將"客户關懷"融入企業基因的服務精神，遠比豪華硬件更值得讚賞。
下次來天眼，這裏依然會是我們的首選——因為旅途中最珍貴的，永遠是這份意外降臨的温暖。
