前台領班態度很惡劣，我們開的麻將房覺得麻將很小很老 想退房，交了一百按金 退房衹退回房費不退按金，而且半個小時不到 鐘點房要100 我們沒弄亂任何東西 説給她50不行 就是要扣100 什麼房間啊要100半個小時？後來換到大床房我們也妥協了 本來訂的麻將房就是為了打麻將方便 。 結果態度那麼差 還能當領班？我第一次見做服務行業態度那麼差 。。。
