整體比較安靜，房間比較整潔，ktv音響效果不錯，大部分工作人員都還比較敬業。不過親子活動沒有預期的好，小朋友還行，稍大點的孩子就覺得有些無聊。前台比較一般，不熱情。最後一天來大姨媽了，既沒得賣，也沒提供幫助，讓顧客自己下山去小賣部買。也是搞笑了。

非常滿意，環境優美，房間整潔乾淨，管家隨叫隨到。泳池乾淨，孩子玩得超級開心。晚上到酒吧喝杯免費咖啡，家人、朋友一起開心嗨歌，氣氛非常不錯。餐廳做的飯菜味道非常棒，衹是早餐不太合個人口味。總體評價，👍👍👍。
