酒店給人感覺很新，設計很時尚，房間大，衞生和服務，都很好，太超值了。每次來平度青醫附院體檢，就住在這裏，性價比太高了。特別是服務水平和態度超級好，很少見到服務這麼好的連鎖酒店。贊！

衞生環境太差，衞生間地面全是頭髮，污垢，地上好多水，床頭，開關面板，一層灰，鏡子上也都是手印，打電話叫服務員給處理一下，磨磨蹭蹭半天上來一個服務員拿了一塊幹抹布，再説服務態度，我們第一次到平度，問前台哪裡有飯店或者當地的美食，支支吾吾極其不耐煩説沒啥好吃的也沒好玩的，很不好的入住體驗，希望本條評論能夠引起酒店管理層重視，加強管理！
