是兩個年輕夫婦開的，樓下是郵政快遞的點，停車院子不是太大，白天停了不少郵政快遞的車，如果門口保安説不能停，可以打電話給老闆，她會安排好，這個價錢房間也就那樣吧，實惠，附近吃的也不少，老闆跟老闆娘人挺好的。

這個價位定到非常的划算，衞生打掃的很乾凈，裝修特別新。有風扇電視。一次性牙膏，衞生紙都有。燈光非常明亮，晚上很安靜。續住也有認真打掃，老闆很熱情，房間內有礦泉水。#位置交通近客運站#房間設施齊全

應該是老的賓館進行改造的，雖然雖然可以看出都是老的裝修老的傢俱，但可以感受到經營者的用心。價格很便宜，住着卻非常舒服。層高很高，面積很大，窗户也很大，通風很好。床上的用品也很乾凈。住着一點都不覺得壓抑。

忘記拍照了，但是還是想給賓館一個好評。自建房，不管是樓道衞生還是房間衞生，都可以的，乾淨。然後晚上是安靜的。衹是天不亮樓下就有人説話了，住在四樓都聽得清楚。郵政上班那麼早？還是附近有什麼小吃店之類的嗎，不清楚。然後那個蚊蟲有，所以用了電蚊香，但是味道特別大薰的不行了，就插了一會兒就拔掉了。建議改進一下。這個價格也實惠，整體是滿意的。

#衞生主要是衞生乾淨整潔，特別是細節上做的非常好，拖鞋是立起來放在洗手間內這一點特別好，乾淨沒有異味#服務引導到位#位置交通交通便利#房間設施原酒店建築比較老一點，但房間內明顯重新稍微更新了部分硬件

房間還可以乾淨衞生就好，但是我搞不清楚一點，明明房間裏面沒有兩瓶瓶裝水，為什麼服務人員非要説裏面有瓶裝水呢……搞得好像我們故意要貪污你的兩瓶水一樣，心情很不美麗……
