Good location. Been staying here a month now and it is adequate for my needs since it is a entral ocation in Pinellas County and I am rarely in my room.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
I booked the room blindly not realizing they wanted a $50 deposit which they would only accept as a hold on a credit card! No cash deposits! They also would not honor my refund as they declined my refund request! I will never use them again!

We had no television because we had no Wi-Fi the next day we woke up. We still had no Wi-Fi and no television that’s an amenity that I paid for. With this place I’m looking for some sort of refund.

This hotel is horrible! No hot water no cable broken furniture smells like ***** the lamps didn’t work Outside was dirty and employees didn’t care will avoid this place!

The staff was not helpful they just wanted to change rooms around there was mold everywhere and roaches everywhere and they charged me twice

The room was broken
My room had no refrigerator or microwave this visit although I had it on a previous visit and the room was advertised. The room air conditioning could not keep up with the heat, so it was much too warm. The nightstand light was broken.

I booked a suite with two separate areas — one with a private room featuring a king bed, and a living room area with a sofa that could accommodate two people. My reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children. However, upon arrival, the suite I was given did not have the promised sofa in the living room — only two chairs.
I went down to the front desk to report the issue, and they moved us to a different room, but it only had two small beds pushed together. They told me my original suite was no longer available.
Unfortunately, this did not meet the needs of my family, and I had to cancel the reservation. Very disappointing experience.
