They don’t honor the rewards. Location needs to be cleaned up old equipment laying around and the staff except for one lady should be replaced with a team that supports Wyndham rewards. Poor customer service except for night lady very attentive and helpful.

Our one night stay was just as we expected. No problems. The check-in clerk was very helpful. The light breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again if we come back to Pine Bluff. Of the three choice through Wyndham Rewards this was rated the highest.

Our room was really clean ,nice and quiet. I didn't think it would be since it's right by the bypass.The bed was soft. The biscuits and gravy were really good and they had a nice selection of pastries for breakfast .Kava the young lady at the front desk was so sweet, she checked on us during breakfast to see if there was anything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we're traveling through.

We had two employees here on what was supposed to be a two week stay. The hotel had a bedbug infestation with both of them, in different rooms, receiving bites. We got them in another hotel. This hotel refused to refund the unused nights when presented with the issue.

Smelled like mold. Ceiling and walls around pool area were excessively peeling paint. Hallway had a dehumidifier running. Breakfast was a lukewarm crockpot of “gravy”. A sign said I would be charged $25 if I took my breakfast back to my room. No coffee pot in my room- so was it going to cost me $25 to drink coffee in my room? Mold in the shower. Awful experience
