Just a 5-minute walk to great cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques on Main St. This 1860 home has been renovated with a fresh modern look. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms can sleep up to 6 adults and is suitable for children. We are a short 5 minute walk to Picton Main St the harbor, one block away from the trails at Macaulay Conservation area, 15-minute drive to the Sandbanks beach and a short drive to the renowned wineries and galleries. The space Gaudet Getaways presents: Lot’s of natural light Air conditioning Benji linens and incredibly comfortable memory form mattresses Fully stocked coffee station with Keurig and Chemex (pods and coffee beans, tea, hot chocolate and sugar provided) Inviting kitchen with everything you will need to make your family style dinners 50 Roku smart TV complete with Netflix and Prime Sofa bed Separate office / sunroom-seasonal only for use in the summer. The dining room has a large, extendable table which can seat up to 6-8 guests. Separate office space with large desk to work from and the awesome Pac-man full size arcade machine with 12 games. Exposed original stone wall from 1860 shows the character of home which leads to the downstairs powder room. Upstairs you will find 3 luxuriously designed and comfortable bedrooms. There are 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses with Canadian made Benji sheets, duvets and pillows. All rooms have plenty of space to store your clothes in the drawers or closets and we provide an Iron and ironing board. The bathrooms are fully renovated. The upstairs bathroom offers a full size bathtub/shower plus we have a downstairs powder room. Enjoy morning coffee at the patio table, let the kids run round the decent size yard and enjoy Smores by the fire at night.
