This was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy — the floors were dirty, there were marks all over the walls, and burn marks on the TV. The AC unit was caked in dust and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I found insects in the corners of the room, and the entire space had a strong, unpleasant odor — clearly a smoking room. The bathroom was disgusting and clearly not sanitized. One of the main lights wasn’t working, and the light fixture had been removed and was just sitting on top of the dresser with dust all over it. When I went to the front desk to express my concerns, the staff showed zero accountability or professionalism. They dismissed everything and told me to take it up with the online booking site. This was a horrible experience from start to finish, and I would never recommend this motel to anyone. It’s clear they have no standards and don’t care about the condition of their property or the well-being of their guests. We checked in and immediately checked out.

There were many cockroaches in the room, they were even hiding under the pillow on the bed. I immediately left the place

Place was dirty and 15 mins after checking in, we heard gunshots. Room looks nothing like the photos and the restroom and shower were filthy!! We only stayed long enough to book another room elsewhere!! They don’t do refunds so stay away from this place!!!

I booked a NON SMOKING room. The lady at the front desk told me it was Expedia’s fault for sending them a confirmation for a SMOKING room. I even showed her my confirmation. Then she told me the only rooms they have left were NON SMOKING would be an upgrade from a king to 2 queens. You would think that they would be nice enough to honor my NON SMOKING room and give me a free upgrade but no, they charged me $20 more. Afterwards, I called ******* and they said the at they would never give a confirmation of a NON SMOKING however send the motel a different confirmation. At this point, it was already too late. I had checked into the room already and the hotel did a great job conning me! The room was dilapidated. Dirty carpet, dirty bathtub, filthy microwave and fridge. And the tv didn’t work! I would never stay here again.

Very dirty. Roaches, this made me check out ASAP. Not enough parking. Very old which is fine, but at least keep it clean
