The room facilities are not enough to clean the room the next day, and the towels and quilts have not been updated. Tell the front desk to blame me. I said that I should tell them to clean up. This is the first time I have encountered such a service attitude. It's very bad.

Very bad customer service. We found bed bugs and reported it. They offered another room but at that point we didn’t feel comfortable staying. They were unwilling to offer a refund or a voucher for another stay. Rude staff and very unhelpful. Contacted Wyndham and they offered points that would not even equal to a stay. I don’t not recommend for anyone. I took pictures and sent them and they said they were unacceptable because they were on my hand. O didn’t know I was supposed to pose them in bed.

A quiet nights stay
We had a quiet room! Room 206. i swear there is no way tbat was a queen size bed. it felt more like a full size. we managed but al my other stays have been more comfortable
The room was a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke to us. These things didn’t change our opinion of our stay but it was recognized
Next year i will double check the bed is bigger

Neighbors are loud at late hours at night!
Arrived around 7pm, went to get dinner and noticed next room had loud music but didn’t mind since it wasn’t time to go to bed, at around 9pm the music was still loud but still went to bed thinking they were having a great time and they would turn down the volume soon. They didn’t! The music was very loud but I finally fell asleep! Woke up at 3am and my partner said he hasn’t been able to sleep since the tv was way too loud so I called the front office and reported it, they either didnt do anything or the people next door didn’t care and turned up the music even louder! At around 5:30 am they finally turned the music off! During all these time I messaged front desk (since they hang up on my calls several times!) and sent them videos of the loud noise next door! Overall I do not recommend this place, if you really want to spend a peaceful night go somewhere else! The place was clean and big!
