The room we got was not that good. There was no microwave and I had to always go find the housekeeper to get towels.

Shower had dirt or mud on wall when I went in. Floor had hole in front of door. The chair in the room should have been discarded a long time ago. The room smelled funny. Very dissatisfied.

When we opened our door to the room the smell about knocked me out I was shocked!! It smelled like a male cat had sprayed all over that room. Then I walk over to the bed i moved the pillow and long and behold a roach was crawling. I told my grand daughter get your bag we are not staying here. I would have slept in my car before sleeping in that nasty smelling room with roaches. I went in the office and told the guy I'm not staying in that room it smells like cat pee and it has roaches. He didn't apologize. But he did refund my money.. I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone!!!!!!

Horrible stay. The icing on the cake as well was the front desk not answering the phone at all at any time of the day. Even when you walked to the lobby, the man behind the desk wore an earpiece having a conversation with whomever was on the other line as well as yourself. The entire interaction was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, to say the least. On the day of check out, the power had went out for a few hours, and the massive heat wave seeping in from outside woke us up. Sheets and blankets (not pictured) had hair all over. The picture of the floor shows a massive indentation. The floor underneath is either rotted or very damaged because of how soft and deep it was when stepped on. At the top of the stairs (our room was on the top floor), there was a huge amount of dead bugs scattered all over the ground. The room in general was also so dirty and disgusting in general. Do yourselves a favor and stay anywhere, but here!! It’s honestly better to sleep in your vehicle!!
