Exceptional management, pool, convenient location for fruit, massage and supermarket , environment, close to Rawai Beach and Pier, About 4 KM to Promethep Cape and Yanui Beach. That's an xclusive beach for tourists. Tasty breakfast. Most Europeans stay for long.

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

Our family recently stayed at begonia N7 Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The villa itself was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the holiday required amenities you could ask for, including a private pool, kitchen, and especially washing machine, which is very rare in Phuket yet so convenient for hot Thai weather. The outdoor areas were equally impressive, with lush gardens, sun loungers, and breathtaking views. We especially loved the peace and privacy the villa offered, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining the space, and the concierge service was always available to help with any requests or to arrange activities. The location was ideal—close enough to explore nearby attractions like Chalong temple, big Buddha Rawai seafood market and beautiful Ya Nui family snorkelling and sun set beach, yet tucked away in a quiet setting. Also highly recommended ask Demi book a car for the day, you see lots more places. (8 hours around $2800 Thai barlt). Whether you’re here for a romantic escape or a family vacation, begonia N7 Villa offers the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Very clean hotel. Nearby attractions are about ten minutes away by taxi. Great for sunrise. Good for leaving luggage after checkout and going to the airport late at night. There are many good restaurants within 1km.

Average is good but there’s only got one mirror in the bathroom and it is quite small. Very inconvenient for girls to put makeup on and the toilet got some smell. And the room also suddenly lost power but they sent us the breakfast to our room so it’s quite good.

Booked two separate rooms and the rooms were good. One had access to the pool which was really convenient to head out and swim. The hotel amenities were amazing, there was a 3 storey gym and the swimming pool is great as well. The only setback was that there were mosquitos entering the room. Despite the location, there were a lot of guests staying at this hotel and I guess it is because the facilities and location are suitable jf you are looking to relax and de stress. You could see stars at night as well as there aren’t a lot of light pollution around that area. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Excellent value for the cost, Phuket Sea Resort was able to accommodate my late check in and the staff were lovely. The room itself is a bit older, but was clean and comfortable with good AC and larger than expected fridge. It’s very quiet at night with a lovely pool area that even with many guests using it did not feel crowded. There are many restaurants in the area, easy access to the beach and Rawai Pier, and lots of tour options.

The hotel located at the main road with no much shopping facilities around, quite for people looking for a relaxing place. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The room serves lady , she is very noisy and disturbing other comforts early morning. She rings the doorbell many times with yelling which you can hear at your room.  The swimming pool area are funny, make sure to check it before you book your stay.  Overall it was nice experience to relax away from all the distractions.

The staff was very helpful and flexible. The villa itself is perfect for a small group of people. It’s private and quiet. It’s quite easy to get to the main attractions from here

Good location, within walking distance of the Rawai embankment and many different cafes / restaurants. We cafe is a two-minute walk away. It should be noted that this is not a classic hotel, but a condo. The building is undergoing renovation on the roof - renovation of the cafe. At first, they settled us on the top 5th floor, the noise from the renovation was very loud, they constantly finished us off with a hammer drill - it was very disturbing. Fortunately, we checked in on Saturday evening, and on Sunday the workers had a day off, and on Monday we were kindly moved to the second floor and upgraded our rooms. Here, the noise from the renovation was not felt at all. True, the windows overlooked the road and it was a little noisy, but not critical - it did not interfere with sleep. In general, the service is excellent - they cleaned every day, promptly resolved all issues and eliminated problems that arose (one day there was a problem with the refrigerator, they fixed it quickly), regularly changed towels at our request, gave clean ones to take to the beach with us. They also kindly agreed to do a late checkout for one of the rooms - which was very helpful, we were able to take a shower before leaving. Overall, for the money, I recommend it, especially when the renovation is finished.
